HOW TO USE IT
Take four capsules every morning with food.
IN YOUR ROUTINE
Hormone Hero needs to be taken in the morning.
Make sure you take Hormone Hero with food - each dose contains 320mg magnesium (the full NZ RDI for women over 30), which can upset you belly if taken on an empty stomach.
Do not take Hormone Hero in the evening. It contains ingredients for focus and alertness which may affect your sleep if taken too late in the day.

Love hormone hero- first month of taking it I’d only taken it for a week and didn’t even realise my period was coming it’s that good. Completely reduced the usual bloating, water retention and some of the pains. Has definitely made a difference in the short time.
