Shipping



At Jeuneora we always want to provide you with a fast and reliable delivery service. We aim to process and dispatch within 24 hours (weekdays) and partner with the best shipping companies to get your order to you quickly and safely.

 

Address changes

Please ensure you double check your address before confirming your order at checkout, as addresses can not be changed after this.


Authority to leave

A signature is required by default for all orders. Please be aware that if your property has an authority to leave (ATL) and your package goes missing after being delivered, Jeuneora will be not be able to process a claim. Please manage your order and any changes via the tracking number that is sent in your tracking email.


Missing parcel?

If you’re concerned about the whereabouts of your parcel, please first contact NZ Post (NZ) or DHL (overseas). You will need to quote your tracking number.


Transit times

Whilst every effort is made to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner, we are unable to accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party. The transit times listed below are estimates only and may be extended by many factors beyond our control, such as customs and quarantine processing requirements, flight schedules, etc.



New Zealand shipping


Free shipping on orders over $85 NZD


A flat rate of $10 applies for orders under $85.


  • South Island target time (after dispatch): overnight Monday to Friday
  • North Island target time (after dispatch): 2 to 3 working days


Allow extra time for rural deliveries. All orders will be sent via NZ Post tracked service.



Australia shipping


Free shipping on orders over $100 AUD


A flat rate of $28 AUD applies for orders under $100 AUD.


  • After dispatch, orders take between 1-3 working days to deliver.


All orders will be sent via DHL Express tracked service.



Other international destinations


All international orders are shipped via DHL Express tracked service. Any shipping fees will be auto-calculated at checkout based on region.

Additional charges for international orders


International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes / duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of Jeuneora. No refunds will be issued for orders where taxes or duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local customs agency regarding the taxes or duties likely to be charged prior to placing your order.


Please ensure someone will be available to receive or collect your order if your receive a card to collect / call. We cannot resend product free of charge outside of New Zealand if your order gets returned to us. Signature is required by default.
