How do I change the refill pod?
1. Unscrew the coloured plastic lid from the moisturiser jar. 2. Lift out the clear plastic used pod. 3. Remove the foil from the refill pod. 4. Pop the refill pod into the moisturiser jar. 5. Screw the lid back on. You can find video instructions here.

Can I use day cream at night?
If you're wanting to keep things simple, or if you're on a budget, yes you can. Bare in mind that day creams are specifically formulated with antioxidant-rich ingredients that are designed to protect your skin from environmental pollution throughout the day, so you'll reap the most benefits from a day cream... during the day! Night creams (like GoNightly) typically have thicker formulations that work to repair and nourish your skin while you sleep.

Is day cream and moisturiser the same
It sort of comes down to semantics! We sometimes refer to our day and night creams as moisturisers which is a blanket term for products that you apply after serums that provide hydration and lock moisture in. Specifically though, day creams are moisturisers that typically have special ingredients for using during the day (like antioxidants) and night creams are moisturisers that include more nourishing ingredients for repair while you sleep.

What is day cream used for?
A day cream's main function is to lock moisture in and provide hydration to the skin throughout the day. Day creams also include antioxidants to help provide protection from environmental pollution, which can lead to signs of ageing.

What age should you use day and night creams?
Day and night creams (aka moisturisers) are a must in any routine - it's never too early to start looking after your skin. If you can only do a couple of things, we suggest cleansing and applying a good moisturiser, morning and night. And don't forget sunscreen every morning too!
