What’s the difference between the old loyalty programme and the new Jeuneora Rewards?
In customer surveys our members consistently told us that they would like the ability to redeem points on products, and that they would like more flexibility to choose their rewards. We also heard that members would like to see more benefits to reflect their higher tier status, so (as of 23rd July 2024) we have shaken things up a bit to allow more flexibility and to add more value for our top tier members.
Your tier status will now be calculated based on your annual spend. Alongside your tier status you will earn 1 point with every $1 you spend (you can also earn points through completing specific activities). You can use these points to redeem products and merch in our Rewards Centre. The Rewards Centre will replace our J-Drops - but don’t worry! There will still be other tier-based bonuses throughout the year to surprise and delight you.
We’ve also added an Elite tier for our absolutely most loyal besties who will get even more treats and benefits throughout the year.
Does my tier status and points roll over to the new programme?
For all loyalty members joined before 23rd July 2024: Your new tier status will be based on your spend for the past 12 months, so some of you may see an adjustment in your tier status. Your account will automatically be loaded with points based on your spend from 27th February to 21st July 2024. So, if you spent $300 in that time period we’ll give you 300 points. This reflects that in the old programme our last J-Drop was on the 27th February
For most of the one-off activities you completed in the old programme (e.g following us on socials and signing up for our newsletter) we have given you the corresponding number of points in the new loyalty programme. We’ll also give you corresponding points for any reviews you’ve submitted in the past 12 months (up to 6 reviews).
How do I join Jeuneora Rewards?
It’s easy! Sign up here and make sure you use the email you usually purchase Jeuneora with. We’ll then send you an email to activate your account, so make sure you tick that part off!
What are the different Jeuneora Rewards Tiers and how do I achieve them?
There are four different tiers: Blush, Gold, Diamond & Elite
You can qualify as a Blush Member by simply signing up to Jeuneora Rewards here.
To become a Gold Member, you’ll need to spend an accumulated value of $250 within 12 months of signing up for Jeuneora Rewards. Your status is valid for a 12 month period.
To become a Diamond Member, you’ll need to spend an accumulated value of $700 within 12 months of becoming qualified for Gold Member status. Your status is valid for a 12 month period.
To become an Elite Member, you will need to spend an accumulated value of $2000+ within 12 months of becoming qualified for Diamond Member status. Your status is valid for a 12 month period.
How do I maintain my tier?
To maintain your tier status, you must continue to meet the minimum spend for your tier within 365 days of qualifying for that tier.
How do I earn points?
You’ll earn 1 point on every $1 you spend in our online store. You can also earn extra points by completing certain activities like leaving reviews and following us on social media.
Are there any limitations with the extra point activities?
The following activities can only be earned once: Join Jeuneora Rewards, Follow us on Facebook, Follow us on Instagram, Follow us on TikTok, Sign up to receive our emails, Sign up to receive text messages and Join the Jeuneora Collective Facebook Group.

Leave a verified review on our website. You can earn points on 3 reviews per month.
Return your empty Jeuneora products for recycling via the Jeuneora Recycling Programme and you'll receive points for every eligible package received. Your recycling bag must have a minimum of 6 Jeuneora products to receive your points. These points will be updated once a month, on the last Tuesday of each month, except in December.
Refer a friend. These points will be added to your account when your friend redeems their referral voucher. Referral vouchers are only valid for new customers.
How do I spend my points?
If you are Gold, Diamond or Elite, you can use your points to redeem free products and merch in the Rewards Centre. We’ll be revealing new rewards all the time, so you’ll always have new options to spend your points on.
Do my points expire?
Do my points expire? Yes they will expire 12 months from the date you earn them.
How do I redeem my points for free rewards?
Yes, you need to spend over $75 to redeem a reward from the Rewards Centre. Free products are only available on one time purchases (not recurring subscription orders). Free products cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other discount.
Will my tier be downgraded if I use my points?
Nope! Redeeming your points won’t affect your tier status or progress. You’ll continue enjoying your tier benefits as long as you meet the yearly minimum total spend required for the tier.
What are the Member-only bonuses?
Throughout the year our members will have exclusive access to bonuses that could include things like: gifts with purchase and other special deals and offers. The higher your tier, the more regular and higher-value bonuses you can expect throughout the year! Make sure you’re signed up to our emails to keep in the loop.
How do I redeem my Member-only bonuses?
This will change with each bonus we do - we’ll let you know on our website and in our emails.
How do I get double points for new product launches?
If you’re Gold or Diamond tier, you’ll automatically receive double points on any new product purchases for one month after the product is launched.
How do I get points for recycling?
Return your empty plastic Jeuneora products for recycling via the Jeuneora Recycling Programme and you'll receive points for every eligible package received. Your recycling bag must have a minimum of 6 plastic Jeuneora products to receive your points. Please don't include outer cardboard packaging - this should go in your regular curb side recycling. These points will be updated once a month, on the last Tuesday of each month, except in December.
Can I redeem free products with my subscription order?
Jeuneora Rewards Points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with subscription orders. Free products from the Jeuneora Rewards Centre can only be redeemed by making a purchase over $75 in the Jeuneora store. However, your subscription will still contribute to your points balance and tier, and you can adjust this to align with redeeming rewards.
