I am on my first bottle and really enjoying it. The taste is great and I mix it with a small amount of water then take it like a shot! I’ve noticed that it’s helped my gut and improved my bloating- this was the main reason I started it. I haven’t noticed other differences yet, but I think those will be more long term.
